Shepherd has beautiful strawberry blonde hair with little curls in the back, but the curls were turning into a mullet and it was time for Shep's first haircut. I decided that I will probably be cutting Shepherd’s hair for the next 15 years, so I might as well start now. Here are pictures of our adventure!

What's New?!!
Shepherd has learned a lot this week, here is a list of all of the fun “little” things that are new!
1. Brings books to me to read
2. Answers questions by saying yes or no (only when he feels like it)
3. Says; “Bye Bye” when he waves
4. Eats with a fork (He liked to hold one in the past but figured out how to use it this week!)
5. Climbs on chairs/kitchen table
6. Learned how to hop on the back of a tricycle and get a ride from his cousin
7. Make the car sound as he pushes cars around the house (This is my favorite!)
This week, Shepherd got to spend a lot of time with his cousins. Sawyer came in town on Wednesday and all of the little cousins got to spend some time playing together.

Sawyer, Alexander, Jack, Shephered, & Ellie
Jack, Sawyer, and Shepherd are less than a year apart and will all be in the same grade, (unless we hold Shepherd back a year). They are so much fun to watch, it is great to see their little personalities come out. Right now, Jack calls Shepherd, "Pepper," so cute! Jack and Shep do not get a long right now, they are both very dominant. They purposely watch each other to see if one gets a toy, just so they can steal it! Then they push, shove, or hit each other. Sawyer on the other hand, has a very gentle spirit. He gets a long with both of them very well and is great at sharing. I got tickled with Shepherd because when Jack is around, Shep will go bully Jack. (and Jack will bully back) But with Sawyer, I caught Shepherd trying to cuddle with him, pet him (yes we practice this a lot on the dog), kiss him, and hug him. I cannot wait to see how these 3 little guys are going to be all so different but also best buds!
